It's hard to find good pizza around here, especially one that delivers. We've been getting pizza from here and have been very pleased with the taste. Once we'd figured out to place the delivery order before they begin delivery service so that we are near the top of the list when they do begin, the wait for delivery has rarely been too bad. And even on busy nights, we haven't minded to short drive to do pick-up as the orders have always been ready...until today.
We ordered a pie and breadsticks for pick up. My husband went to go get it and was told it was just 5 more mins. Fast forward 20 mins later, they realized the pizza had been done and sitting on top of the oven forgotten. Irritable hungry toddler in tow, my husband grabs the order and brings it home where we find a cold hard pizza missing the cheese base (this was an order miscommunication that would've happened even if the pizza was fresh) and barely edible bread sticks. You may be wondering **WHY** this is still a 5 star review by this point, right? Well that is because when we called in to complain, the manager was very helpful and thorough in making sure the situation was rectified. We got a new pizza and bread sticks delivered very fast, plus a cookie and brownie! Anyone can have a bad day. I judge a place more so on how they react to complications than when things are going well, and they know how to take care of their customers. -

Thee worst experience I have ever had here. I live behind the place and get food time to time. The new manager there is terrible long story short treated me horrible pretty sure my food was messed with. Threw up all night from a couple bites of salad. Will never go there again. Get new cooks staff and manager

My family and I ordered pizza to our hotel room last night, and I asked the lady who was taking my order if they had any milk for my son, unfortunately they didn't, but when the delivery guy showed up he had a milk!! The wonderful lady went to the subway next to the pizza place and got a milk for me!!! I unfortunately didn't get her name but I want to tell her thank you, and that is what I call the best customer service ever!!

Ordered our favorite pizza from Pizzicato (after being disappointed by Old Chicago Taproom).... and of course Pizzicato's Quatro Formaggi with sausage and mushrooms didn't disappoint! The FREE delivery arrived in record time, was HOT and delicious! Can't beat that!

I mean... it's pizza. A little over priced for what it is... I mean, I'd pay for a good pizza... but I just didn't leave "a pizza" my heart for this place. Decided to try it because it was next to 5-flavor Cafe. We got the greek salad which is pretty dang good but toppings to lettuce ratio was off. In terms of the pizza itself, the toppings slid off pretty easily. I was a little disappointed because I ended up having to use a fork. One criteria I have for pizza is that if I don't finish the pizza that same day, it should still be good the next day. I mean... I do enjoy a slice of cold pizza... but this place just didn't cut it. The crust was just hard and I have never had that happen to me before. I am all about supporting the local shop but I don't know if I'd crave pizza enough that I'd try it again.
